Do you often find it difficult to relax and switch off or do you have problems sleeping? Would you like to reduce stress, lower your blood pressure and feel more balanced? To achieve this, I will be happy to help you learn relaxation techniques. You can do something for your health and enjoy the positive effects of relaxation at the same time.

More and more people are finding it difficult to switch off once in a while and come to rest. In addition to the many demands of everyday life, our own well-being is often neglected. In the long term, this can have a negative impact on physical and mental health. The sooner you find a balance, the easier it is to avoid serious problems.

There are many different relaxation techniques to choose from. They can either be learned as a separate technique or used in addition to other methods. In my work, I use progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson, autogenic training, breathing techniques or visualization exercises on specific topics.

Relaxation techniques offer effective ways of helping yourself to relax, recharge your batteries and bring your inner and outer state back into balance.

Positive Effects of Relaxation Training

  • Physical: relaxation of the muscles, reduction of the heart rate, permanent reduction of high blood pressure (and antihypertensive medication), reduction or disappearance of tension pain, strengthening of the immune system
  • Mental: stress reduction, more calm and serenity, better sleep and easier falling asleep
  • Mentally: switch off and stop the carousel of thoughts, do something good for yourself
